THE EXCELLENCE OF PRAISES

Acts 16:25-26, Jonah 2:6-10, 2Samuel 6:12-23

Praise is a proven, eloquent and indomitable means of obtaining favour from God. Through praises, you can tremendously honour, worship, adore and thank God for who he really is, for what he has done, for what he will do and for what he represents in your life. The Lord is awesome in power, therefore worthy of all praises and adoration. Effective praises offered to God, brings about open heaven and brings down the glory of God for uncommon signs, wonders and miracles. Praise is an invitation that God cannot reject when offered with sincerity of mind and purpose. In Acts 16:25-26, Paul and Silas offered quality praises and prayer to God, while they were in prison and the power of God descended mightily and shook the foundations of the building. The prison gates were opened and the gateman was frightened and terrified and they were later released with apologies.

In 2Chronicles 20:20-27, the people of Judah, during the reign of king Jehoshaphat, were marching to the battle for war against three powerful nations, Ammonites, Edomites and Moabites. As they were marching to battle, towards the camp of their above stated enemies with the musicians in front offering quality and effective praises to God, the Lord miraculously threw their enemies into substantive confusion and panic. Their enemies rose against themselves, killed themselves and they were victorious. In Genesis 8:20-22, Noah offered sacrifice to God, when God perceived the smell of the sacrifice and it was pleasing to him, he vowed never again, will he destroy humanity with water. Also, in Jonah 2:6-10, Jonah was in the belly of a fish for three days and he started offering prayer and praises to God. God commanded the fish to vomit him. 

Obviously, there is nothing that is impossible to a man of praises. Praises opens closed doors and brings about uncommon favour, divine beautification, and breakthrough. Because you are connected to this commission and program, the Lord will remember you by mercy. Where others go and fail, you shall go and succeed. Every door closed against you, shall be opened. Every evil voice speaking affliction, pain or any form of negativity against your life, shall be silenced. Every man or woman that is troubling you, refusing to allow you rest, shall rest in peace. You shall jump and pass, every trap of the enemy on your way. You are lifted. You are rising. You are close to where you are going. Your silent days are over, in the name of Jesus. Your case is settled.

PRAYER POINTS:

1. Praise God for he is good and his love is eternal.

2. Lord, by your order, let all creation in the nine planets of the solar system, praise you on my behalf for your everlasting goodness and mercy towards me and my family, in the name of Jesus.

 3. Lord, by your order, let every power seeking to destroy or manipulate my life negatively, be decapitated and roasted by fire, in the name of Jesus.
